“Needs outside facelift”

I love this property, I keep coming back to this hotel. But standard rooms are small and nothing special, suite junior are great, large with fully equipped kitchen, two large TV screens, pool is great, SPA small but good(free wich is great). Show signs of ageing outside. Need more maintenance

“Best thing is the staff”

Our initial greeting at the hotel was by a receptionist, she clearly didn't love her job! The restaurant staff were wonderful, especially Bruno and Maria. They couldn't do more for us and we were always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. I'm not sure why there are some negative reviews on the food here, I'm a vegetarian and we chose the all inclusive option. The menu was great! Being a veggie and eating abroad you'll always find you'll experience a few issues where you end up eating the same dishes more than once. But the food was tasty so it really wasn't an issue. Breakfast was a buffet but lunch and dinner was waiter service - 3 courses for lunch, 3 courses for dinner! Amazing value on all inclusive!
The hotel description on the Easyjet website boasts more than one bar, however we were told this didn't exist when we arrived. Not a major issue but I suppose it could upset some people.
The spa wasn't somewhere I wanted to spend much time, not because I don't like spa's but because it wasn't appealing! I took one step and it smelt awful, there was no one at the spa welcome desk and it just looked a bit shabby.

I would say this is a good place to stay if you have a car and know your way around the area. The rooms are big but the bathroom drainage and plumbing is bad. I had complained twice about the problems and yes the staff were very polite and kept on saying that they will get it sorted but this did not happen at all. The view from some of the balconies are quite good. you are quite limited with food at the hotel as there is not that much of choice from their menu. the check in times are not very reasonable (3.00pm) so best is to get a late flight.
