Me, my mom and sister stayed at room 105,at the lower ground. For 4d/3n from October 14-17, 2012. Check-in: The staff at the reception are very courteous, friendly and very sensitive to the needs of the guest. You feel welcome upon check-in. You will be given a welcome drink and wet face towel. We were promptly given a room at 2pm. Since we went out for lunch, they gave me a call and informed me that the room is already available. Room: the room, a luxury room was very spacious. It was squeaky clean! The double beds are huge! My suggestion is to place intructions on how to operate the shower switches. Also, place more power outlets near the dining area. I can only get signals from Globe telecom and Sun cellular at the dining area, near the door so outlet is needed for my laptop and mobile phones. Hope you could also place a coffee table and at least a chair outside of the room. I usually spent more time outside of the room than inside because of the poor Globe and Sun signals plus smoking is only allowed outside, so at least provide a chair and table outside of the room. Housekeeping: the staff are very efficient! Took them 20mins to clean the room. Plus, they always replace the pillowcases, beddings, towels, complimentary water bottles, coffee, cream, sugar, toilettries everyday. I absolutely love the soap and bubble bath soap! They provide FREE DRYING (for clothes) services for guests. Thank you! Please try to put more access points for your wifi network and do something with the poor signal for Globe and Sun inside the room.
