Description: Nestled in the Old Historical Centre of Chiang Mai The Urban Vintage is the perfect spot to relax and get away from all the hustle but still beeing in the middle of town. All our food is made with fresh local ingredients without msg or any preservatives but with lots of love. We have a frequently changing lunch (german/european/thai and thai fusion) menu depending on the mood of the chef and an all day breakfast ;-)

“Delicious and cosy”

Don't miss this place if you are in Chiang Mai. It's very close to Sunday Walking Street and so worth the visit! The owners are plain lovely, the food is delicious (try the Currywurst!!) and comparably inexpensive. Stop by for a coffee or wind down after an exhausting evening on the market. You won't be disappointed!

“very welcoming spot, owned by lovely people”

Me and a friend were looking for a german restaurant in Chiang Mai and "The Urban Vintage" was one of the first ones that came up on tripadvisor. The reviews were all really good, so we decided to check it out the next day. After having some problems finding the place I phoned and the owner offered us to pick us up with his motorbike. Then when we arrived the atmosphere was just great. We both had a typical german currywurst and enjoyed it a lot. We spend the whole afternoon there just chatting and enjoying some drinks. The Thai chef let us taste some of his new creations which were all delicious. If you're looking for some excellent german and Thai food and a place where you can spend a whole afternoon, go there. We'll be back.

“Do not visit chiang mai without trying this restaurant!”

A friend living in chiang mai recommend this place to me and I was not disappointed. The food menu is great with a mix of German and Thai-german food. I tried the currywurst and lasagne and both were amazing, very reasonable prices and fast friendly service. Located in a quiet soi inside the old city, perfect for a beer in the evening too.
